From the guarantee card "FOR OVER 130 YEARS" and the type of inner tag, I think it is definitely in the early 80's. Even in this age, it is an item about 40 years ago, so dead stock has become quite rare. It has been dead stock for about 40 years, so there are creases, dust, and slight scratches on some parts.
